I have been in a relationship before where we had to keep things quiet for various reasons, and many men who date escorts feel they have to do the same. Most of the time, it is because they feel they will be judged by others for their date choices. Sometimes, it is because dating an escort is the only way they can find what they want in a relationship when their current one has gone stale.

Be careful with your phone

Smart phones are fantastic tools, but they can also be your downfall. If anyone else knows your password, they can easily gain access to the last phone calls you made, the last messages you received, and even your social media log ins.

If you have a habit of leaving your smart phone where others can get it, you are taking the chance that someone may see what is happening. You can set passwords up for certain apps, which means that if someone tries to access it they will be forced to enter a password or put the phone down.

Should you choose to go this method, make sure it is a password different to the one you use to unlock the phone, and wipe the screen afterwards. Just looking at the finger marks on someone’s screen can tell you their password. Do you really want this happening to you?

Alternatively, some people will have a second phone that they keep purely for these occasions. They will clear it of all data once they are done with it, and will keep it somewhere safe and hidden so that, if it is found, all knowledge of it can be denied.

Parking tickets and receipts

So, you’ve been really careful with your phone records and yet people suspect that you are seeing someone. How?

Think of the paper trail you are leaving. If you have to pay for a sticker for parking, where have you put it once you have left? Is it simply shoved into the glove box or door pocket where anyone can find it?

You should also think about the receipts you have. Did you buy anything on the way that could let someone know where else you were that day?

Like all important documents you don’t want anyone to find, you should get rid of them in the safest way possible. You can do this either by shredding and binning them with other items, or by putting them (if you paid cash and there is no incriminating evidence on it) in a public bin.

How do you smell?

It may sound like a ridiculous question, but how do you smell? The most common lies people tell to cover up their whereabouts is to say they were at the gym or running an errand for work. If you have been doing something active, you shouldn’t smell of lovely flowers. You should smell as you would expect to, whatever your alibi is.
