Save The Whales: Watch Porn!

We hardly need an excuse to watch porn, but if someone hands one to us on a silver platter, who are we to argue? Thanks to Pornhub, we can often say that we are watching porn purely to do our part for the world. We’re trying to save it in our own way, and if that is by masturbating to lesbians rolling around on a bed together, we are willing to do it. That’s just the kind of caring, generous people that we are, sacrificing our time for the greater good.
When you think about a porn site to visit, you will probably think of Pornhub. They are pretty much the giants of porn on the internet, giving you the chance to watch hours of free content if you can cope with the ad at the side of the screen. However, they are also working hard to ensure that we care for the environment. They want to ensure that future generations can feel comfortable in the world we live in while they watch porn.
Pornhub cares about the environment
Most people know that Pornhub are working hard to create a better environment for us. Yes, they want us to spend time on their website watching porn, but they have some pretty amazing incentives to make us choose their website over any other porn site out there. They want to help the environment, and they feel that the best way to do that is to get us watching porn.
Back in 2014, Pornhub decided that they wanted to “Give America Wood”, and so for Arbor Day that year they gave the world a challenge. They said that “for every 100 videos viewed in our Big Dick Category” on their website, they would donate a tree to be planted. They were eager to support the environment and do all that they could to keep the world we love happy and healthy. The event was, needless to say, a success. In fact, they donated a total of 15,473 trees to be planted. This means that 1,547,300 “Big Dick” videos were viewed on their website. Yes, that is definitely giving America wood.
This isn’t the only way that Pornhub have done their best to care for the environment. At the beginning of last year they announced a new wearable technology that you could use to charge your various electrical devices, such as your laptop, your mobile phone, and whatever else you can find. All you had to do was put in on your wrist, watch some porn, and wank away. Appropriately named “The Wankband”, the band basically creates power “when moved in an up and down motion”, which you can then use to charge your devices. They believe it will help you save on your electric bill and put all of that energy you put into wanking to good use.
However, they aren’t only concerned about the environment. They also care a lot for the healthy of those watching porn videos. Last year, they released a video, encouraging people to watch porn for a very specific reason. Titled “Charlotte Stokely Teaches You To Last Longer”, the video got plenty of attention, but viewers were stunned to see that the video was actually just a pornstar showing you where you need to check on your cock and balls for any suspicious lumps or bumps. A long life, they say, is the best way to last longer in bed, and while some people felt cheated, most of them felt grateful, leaving comments like “thanks Charlotte for saving my balls” and “thanks for my balls babe” as they spent time getting to know themselves a little better.
Save the whales: watch porn!
This time, Pornhub are eager to help save the whales. World Whale Day takes place on the 13th of February, and so they want to try to help save the whales in the best way that they know, and that is with porn.
On their website, they tell us that “Pornhub has pledged to help save the whales by donating 1 cent for every 2000 videos viewed on the site”. This event will run from the 8th of February to the 29th of the month, and the money will go to the Moclips Cetological Society to help save the gentle giants of the sea.
At the bottom of their page, Pornhub has a helpful “spurt” counter, which they are using to keep track of the total number of videos viewed. At the time of writing this article, a total of 918,568,296 videos have been viewed… which means that the total to donate so far is roughly $4,592. Given the fact that the campaign has really only just started, that is incredible.
Watch porn and do your bit
You might find that you are suddenly keen to be a friend to the animals of the world, and since Pornhub has started this incredible campaign, it seems only right to show how much you care for the whales of the world by watching some porn videos.
If you watch porn videos regularly anyway, you don’t really need to adjust your habits that much to do your bit to help. We’re sure you are all more than willing to give up a little bit of time to help this great cause, aren’t you? At least if you get caught watching lesbians on screen, you can argue that you are just trying to save the whales.
